Getting to know Dr.Hugh Ross

I have wanted to do some posts on astrophysicist Hugh Ross, who is what I call a progressive creationist, in which he believes that the earth and the universe is billions and billions of years old unlike “young earth creationism” that believes that the earth and the universe is 6000-10,000 years and was created in 6 literal days. I have had the chance to see him present his theories when he came to Toronto in May 2009.  I could only say one word: mind-blowing.  I also had the fortune to meet him in person at that time. Reminds me a little bit of The Watchman’s character of Dr.Manhattan (but born again with Christian values of course). This clip introduces who Dr.Hugh Ross is and his life story. I never knew (maybe a little hunch here and there because his speech patterns are similar to Jesse Eisenberg’s version Matt Zuckerberg of the movie The Social Network) that he has Asperger’s syndrome, a neurological disorder on the autistic spectrum.
